2009 Data Finalization Status Reports

Dear CPQCC Participants,

Your Center's 2009 CPQCC Data Finalization Final Status Reports are now available. By now you should have received an e-mail regarding the release of these reports. Please confirm the electronic receipt of your report by submitting a response to support@cpqcc.org by Wednesday June 30th. This action is listed as number 14 in section III of your Data Finalization Guidelines. We apologize for the delay as the previous confirmation deadline was June 28th. 

Please note that we are no longer creating the Data Finalization Draft Status Reports. We felt that the Final Reports would be more useful as it sums up the over all progress of each center for the current data collection year. Please follow the instructions below in order to locate and download your report.

2009 CPQCC Data Finalization Final Status Reports (18.8 MB)

• Find your Center's name in the list and then click the PDF file to view and save your report.
• Use your CPQCC data password to open the file.

Please note that due to the file size, it may take a few minutes for the zip file to load.  If you are unable to download zip files please contact your center's Local Network Administrator or Helpdesk. 

Please note that you do NOT need to fax in SIH babies on this report anymore as we will use the on-line system to track these.

We would like to acknowledge all of the "Superstar Centers" who met the April 1st deadline by March 25th. Please click on the link below to see if your Center qualified.

We want to thank all of you in your hard work and special efforts to submit your 2009 data. As a reminder, the www.cpqccdata.org site has been locked out which means you cannot ADD any new 2009 IDs. However you may still EDIT any existing 2009 data that is currently in the database.
