2008 CPQCC - CPeTS DATA TRAININGS
The CPQCC 2008 dataset has changed dramatically from the 2007 dataset.
Last February 2008, the CPQCC Data Center and the CPeTS Executive Committee jointly conducted 7 Data Trainings throughout the State: Loma Linda University sponsored by RPPC Region 7, Children's Hospital of Orange County sponsored by RPPC Region 8, Sutter Education Department in Sacramento sponsored by RPPC Regions 2 & 3, Kaiser Permanente in Oakland sponsored by RPPC Region 4, San Diego and Imperial Counties, Regional Perinatal System sponsored by RPPC Region 9, St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank sponsored by RPPC Region 6.3 - 6.6, and Kaweah Delta Hospital in Visalia sponsored by RPPC Region 5.
The 2008 Data Trainings were reorganized to focus on providing an overview of the CPQCC Network Database during the morning session, while the afternoon session specifically focused on the CPeTS Transport Database. We invited the Transport Teams to join the CPQCC Data Teams in the afternoon session to help foster collaboration and quality improvement in the data collection.
The CPQCC Data Center strongly encouraged all current CPQCC Data Contacts and those considering CPQCC membership to attend one of these scheduled data trainings since these were the only dates that will be scheduled for this year.
