2010 CPQCC - CPeTS DATA TRAININGS
The CPQCC 2010 dataset has changed dramatically from the 2009 dataset.
This March 2010, there will be two in-person Data Trainings.
This year due to budget issues we are reorganizing the 2010 Data Trainings to cut down on expenses. We will have two trainings throughout the state, one in Northern California and one in Southern California. Both trainings will be once again jointly conducted by both the CPQCC Data Center and the CPeTS Executive Committee.
To improve our own efficiency and save money and trees, we've chosen to go paperless in that manuals will be limited this year. Please acknowledge that only one printed manual will be reserved for each Center. All Data Training participants are highly encouraged to print the electronic version of the manual posted on the website, and to bring a printed copy to the Data Training. The format of the trainings has also been changed. This year the morning session will focus on brief updates of the CPeTS Transport Database, the CPQCC Network Database update and CCS/CPQCC High Risk Infant Follow-up Quality Care Initiative (HRIF QCI) updates. The remainder of the trainings will mainly focus on case studies to further the education on data collection. (Please see the attached Program Announcement below for more information).

Please acknowledge that the deadline for registering for the 2010 CPQCC - CPeTS Data Trainings is Friday, Feb. 19th at 12:00pm.
The purpose of this deadline is to ensure that all attendants receive materials, food and seats for both training sessions. Please note that if you do NOT register by Friday, Feb. 19th at 12:00pm you will NOT receive food or materials.

The CPQCC Data Center strongly encourages all current CPQCC Data Contacts and those considering CPQCC membership to attend one of these scheduled data trainings since these are the only dates that are scheduled for 2010.
