Function & Responsibilities

  • Periodically review outcome targets from the CPQCC data base in order to ascertain areas in need of increased attention and 
  • Design and implement supplemental CPQCC data collection tools that provide information to assess current practice in specified areas of interest
  • Utilize the CPQCC network database in the selection and evaluation of quality improvement projects
  • Provide on guidance of database interpretation2015 Committee Goals
  • Appoint new chair
  • Finish current “in the queue” reports
  • ID and interview super users via login audits
  • Consider adding “Baby-MONITOR” data element
  • Create reports to increase awareness of CPQCC value
  • Interval reports on specific topics (trends in PDA ligation, NEC, etc.)
  • Interval reports on active collaboratives
