Terri Slagle

My undergraduate and medical school education was in Wisconsin. Since finishing my pediatrics and neonatology fellowship training at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse I have been a Neonatologist at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco (formerly Children’s Hospital of San Francisco.) My primary interest over the past decades has been on quality improvement and data management. I have worked extensively in database design and I am a regular participant in CPQCC database activities (both on the data advisory group and the board level.)
