**2017 Call for Nominations**

This award is to honor an RN or advanced practice RN (NNP, CNS) who has contributed to NICU QI within their unit and beyond.  The recipient will be given a scholarship to CPQCC’s Pre-CAN Meeting, and a plaque to commemorate receiving this honor.
