Access to the HRIF Reporting System is Restricted to Authorized Users.

If you are having trouble gaining access, it may be because your healthcare entity's network is not currently recognized by the system. CPQCC "whitelists" IP address ranges from approved entities as part of its security procedures. NOTE: Access is only authorized while connected to your entity’s network. Access from home or while traveling is not permitted.

To access the Reporting System off-site contact your hospital’s IT team to install a VPN (Virtual Private Network) access portal on your computer. VPN enables users to send and receive data across shared or public networks as if the computing device was directly connected to your hospital’s private network. A VPN will allow you to access the HRIF Reporting System from your home.
