Brian Tang is a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician at Palo Alto Medical Foundation (Sutter Health) where he is responsible for evaluating HRIF patients and conducting general consultations. His favorite thing about his work is collaborating with colleagues across disciplines and around the state who are passionate about the long-term outcomes of high-risk infants. Dr. Tang is motivated every day to promote healthy development and behavior in children. Dr. Tang has been on the HRIF Executive Committee since 2009 and an author on two publications related to the work of the HRIF-QCI. In addition to practicing full time at Sutter Health, he also serves as an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Stanford University and staff physician at the CCS Medical Therapy Unit of San Mateo County. Dr. Tang got his MD from the University of Vermont College of Medicine did his Internship and Residency at Children’s Hospital and Research Center at Oakland and his Fellowship in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics from the Stanford University School of Medicine.
