Rupalee Patel

Rupalee Patel is the Administrative Director for the HRIF Program at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC) and the Director of the BRIDGE Program, where she is responsible for improving the follow-up and transition home of high risk infants. Rupalee’s favorite thing about her job and involvement with HRIF Quality of Care Initiative is participating in causes that help to improve the quality of care to our most vulnerable population. She is motivated every day by the patients and families that she serves and by her amazing colleagues.

Rupalee developed the BRIDGE program and relaunched the HRIF Program at SCVMC. The program follows high-risk infants after discharge into their homes. She previously worked in the NICU at UCSF and SCVMC. Rupalee’s educational credentials include a DNP, MS, BSN, C-PNP, C-PHN and IBCLC.
