Sahil Tembulkar is a Research Assistant for the Profit Lab at CPQCC, where he coordinates research projects and grant submissions related to perinatal health equity and quality of care in the NICU. His research interests include disparities in health outcomes, early intervention and identification of disease, and health services research.
Sahil has previously been a clinical researcher with Dr. Kanwaljeet Anand’s Pain/Stress Neurobiology Lab at Stanford University, investigating developmental biomarkers of stress and resilience in preschool-aged children, and with Dr. Joseph Gonzalez-Heydrich’s Child Psychiatry lab at Boston Children’s Hospital, investigating neuro-physiological correlates of and novel genetic mutations associated with pediatric psychosis-spectrum disorders. Sahil completed his B.S. in Psychology with Neuroscience Track at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
