Lelis Vernon

Lelis Vernon is a NICU patient and family-centered care advocate. She has participated on CPQCC's Health Equity Taskforce and contributed to the creation of the Health Equity Tip Sheet and 2 peer-reviewed papers (here and here) stemming from the taskforce's work. Lelis currently serves as the family advisor for CPQCC's High Risk Infant Follow-Up Reporting System. She is also a faculty family leader in the Vermont Oxford Network, a Clinical Advisor for the QI Measures Task Force at the American Academy of Pediatrics, Section on Neonatal Perinatal Medicine (SoNPM), and collaborates as a family representative with the NEC Society. Lelis is an international speaker (Singapore/Argentina) and collaborates with the Argentine Pediatric Society in her home country of Argentina.
