Improvement Palooza 2022: Families as the Foundation of High Quality, Inclusive NICU Care

CPQCC’s third annual Improvement Palooza ("IP2022") was designed to help teams center NICU families as vital partners in their infant’s care. Attendees learned how family-centered care (FCC) leads to better NICU outcomes and improved patient and family experiences. Held in conjunction with the 2022 CAN Cool Topics in Neonatology Meeting, CPQCC’s Improvement Palooza 2022 was an incredible event that helped NICU teams empower parents as critical members of the NICU team.
