Liz Drake has been a practicing neonatal nursing for 33 years. She has practiced in different roles throughout her career but the time spent at the bedside with the patient, family and staff is most meaningful. Quality Improvement, Developmental Care/Family Centered Care are her passions. She is an Advanced Practice Nurse and currently the CNS in the NICU at CHOC Children’s of Orange County, Mission Viejo Campus. She is a published author, participates in ongoing clinical research and is a nationally recognized presenter and consultant.
