Caroline Toney-Noland

Caroline Toney-Noland is a Program Manager with CPQCC and the Safety Learning Lab for Neonatal and Maternal Health. Prior to joining CPQCC in 2019, Caroline was living in Nepal as a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for maternal child health programs in rural communities. At CPQCC, she works across several areas of research and quality improvement including health equity, infants with NOWS, family-centered care, and donor human milk. Caroline has an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics.
