Erika Gray

Erika Gray is the Program Manager of the High Risk Infant Follow-up Quality of Care Initiative (HRIF-QCI) and has been with CPQCC since 2006. In her role, Erika manages all aspects of the HRIF Reporting System, which includes developing data collection policies and procedures for HRIF Programs statewide. Erika has a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications from Collins College, Tempe, Arizona. 

She finds it very rewarding to be a part of such an innovative organization that is dedicated to improving the care of high-risk infants and their families. Her favorite thing about her job is using her creative skills to design and develop data collection materials, online reporting system tools, and an interactive dashboard. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling (cruising), camping and spending time with her beautiful family.
